Cornish Charcuterie's Lucanian Lamb Salami is a recreation of an ancient roman recipe. The delicious blend of cured and smoked mutton, pine nuts, herbs and spices makes a complex and aromatic lamb salami.
Vacuum packaged for freshness, these sticks make a perfect rustic edition to any picnic basket, hamper or charcuterie board. They also look fantastic hanging up in the kitchen.
Our lamb salami can be stored in a cool, dry place and have a shelf life of five weeks.
Please note, the lamb salami is made with beef casings.
