Cornish Charcuterie chicken rillette uses chicken poached in duck fat and is enhanced with lemon oil and cracked black pepper.
The lemon oil in this beautifully light and fresh rillette lifts the shredded chicken and makes a perfect addition to picnic baskets or alfresco dining.
Excellent paired with POPTI savoury thins and a glass of crisp white wine or prosecco.
110g with a best before date of 12 months (see side of jar). Store in a cool place. Once open refrigerate and enjoy within 3 days.
