Our best seller from Cornish Charcuterie! The unique recipe of our Seaweed & Cider Salami was created to evoke the flavours of Cornwall.
Our salami is made to an Italian recipe with home reared Cornish Lop pork and Ruby beef in traditional ratios. The meat is enhanced with hand-foraged Sea Spaghetti by the Cornish Seaweed Company and our own cider. The sausages are then left to mature for 10 days to 8 weeks, depending on size.
Vacuum packaged for freshness, these sticks make a perfect rustic edition to any picnic basket, hamper or charcuterie board. They also look fantastic hanging up in the kitchen.
Our salami sticks can be stored in a cool, dry place and have a shelf life of 4 weeks.
Ingredients: Pork 98%, Beef 36%, Cornish Cider 1.8% (sulphites), seaweed (1%), spices, salt, preservative: E250 Sodium Nitrate.
