Cornish Charcuterie chilli chorizo sticks are made using prime pork.
Prepared in the traditional way, we spice and enhance the meat with classic additions of pepper, paprika and crush chillies. The sausages are then lightly smoked and left to mature.
The spicing is subtle at first and builds to a noticeable kick without masking the flavour of the pork.
Vacuum packaged for freshness, these sticks make a perfect rustic edition to any picnic basket, hamper or charcuterie board. They also look fantastic hanging up in the kitchen.
Our chorizo sticks can be stored in a cool, dry place and have a shelf life of five weeks.
