Award winning Cornish seaweed Savoury Thins from POPTI Cornish Bakehouse are made with butter and Cornish seaweed.
The crisp biscuits are made in small batches with the kind of ingredients you’d find in your kitchen at home, rich butter, wheat flour and seasonings. There are no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives added but the secret recipe results in crisp biscuits which last!
These biscuits are particularly good with baked cheese, dips or as an accompaniment to Cornish Charcuterie's rich pâtés and rillettes (especially our salmon pâté with lemon)
120g with a shelf life of 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container.
Ingredients: Plain Flour (Gluten) 75%, Butter (Milk) 23%, Seaweed 0.3%, Fish Stock (Water, Fish, Onion, Celeriac, Leek, Carrot Extract, Spice, Herb, Salt, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Rapeseed Oil) White Pepper, Salt.

Free from hydrogenated fats. Thickness can sometimes vary; biscuits are hand-packed by weight.
