BRAND NEW: Fionagh's Buttermilk Crackers. We hand make fresh buttermilk using surplus milk from Whaleborough, Norton Barton's dairy, for each batch. The dough is mixed using the finest wheat flour and flaked oats. It's then rolled extra thinly before baking to create the perfect texture and taste.
Why not try them with Whaleborough's Coronation Gold cheese or Cornish Charcuterie's Pork Rillette - both made here at Norton Barton.

Store in a cool, dry place. ne opened, sore in an airtight container and consume within 2 weeks.
Ingredients: Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Oatmeal (Oats), Buttermilk (24.7%) (Whey, Milk, Lemon Juice), Butter (Milk) (7%), Sugar, Salt.
