Cornish Charcuterie is excited to introduced this selection box, showcasing our 3 top selling meat rillettes; 1 x 82g Duck Rillette, 1 x 82g Pork Rillette and 1 x 82g Chicken Rillette. 

These rillette are ambient with a 12 month shelf life from the date of production (see side of jar). Store in a cool place. Once open refrigerate and enjoy within 3 days. 

Duck Rillette 82g- A twist on out best selling Duck Rillette with Cranberries and Grand Marnier. Duck is slow cooked in duck fat and then enhanced with a sweet hit from the cranberries.  

Ingredients: Duck (63.8%), Duck Fat, Dried Cranberries (3.19%), Salt, Chinese Five Spice

Pork Rillette 82g- Cornish Charcuterie's award-winning traditional pork rillette is made from pork, poached in duck fat, lightly seasoned and shredded. 

Ingredients: pork 74%, duck fat, Cornish sea salt, white pepper

Chicken Rillette 82- Chicken in poached in duck fat, the additional of lemon oil and cracked black pepper creates a light and a fresh rillette. 

Ingredients: Chicken (73.4%), Duck Fat, Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper (0.59%), Lemon Oil (0.22%)
