Miss Thymed - A washed curd cheese made using Cornish Sea Salt's Lemon and Thyme blend. This cheese is creamy and herby, citrus flavors and a background of nuttiness from the natural mould rind.
Approx. 1.2kg or 300g with a best before date of 3 months from date of production. Store in a cool dry place. Once open, store in the fridge and use within 2 weeks.
Pasteurised Cows Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Lysozyme (Egg), Cornish Lemon and Thyme Sea Salt.
