Pink Peppercorn Salami Stick

The addition of fragrant pink peppercorns to our Cornish Charcuterie salami adds a new dimension of warmth and aroma without the heat that is associated with black pepper. 

Vacuum packaged for freshness, these sticks make a perfect rustic edition to any picnic basket, hamper or charcuterie board. They also look fantastic hanging up in the kitchen.

Our salami sticks can be stored in a cool, dry place and have a shelf life of five weeks.

INGREDIENTS: Pork (146%), Curing Salt (Salt 99%, Preservative: E250), Spices, Pink Peppercorn (0.9%), Dextrose, Starter Culture (Lactobacillus Sakei, Pediococcus Acidilactci, Staphylococcus Carnosus).
